Shipping policy

Artist Proof offers free canvas shipping within the US.  Shipping canvasses to different countries and of all other products to any destination can result in various shipping costs and durations.  We commit to a service level that items are dispatched within 3 working days of order.

For US orders  - If your item has not arrived within 30 calendar days, please email us and we will follow up your shipment.

For international orders (Non-US) - If your item has not arrived within 45 calendar days, please email us and we will follow up your shipment.

 

In usual operating circumstances we expect items to arrive before the above timeframes.
